Conservation areas, listed buildings, and some leasehold flats can have extra restrictions — we'll flag anything relevant during your free survey, or you can check with your local council beforehand.
A single-split system pairs one indoor unit with one outdoor condenser and cools one room. A multi-split system connects several indoor units, in different rooms, to a single outdoor condenser — tidier and often more cost-effective if you want more than one or two rooms cooled.
Every installation comes with a 5-year parts and labour warranty as standard. We'll also remind you when your annual service is due, which keeps the system efficient and the warranty valid.
